Usually a film will be ready for censors only a week before release. But Veeram has been sent for the Censor Certification and has obtained the certificate as early as 15 days before the scheduled date of release. This stands testimonial to Director Siva;s excellent planning to have finished the film well in advance offering a ample time gap for the promotions
Veeram is also the comeback film of Tamannah whose last Tamil film as the lead lady was Siruthai that released in 2011, which was again directed by Siva .
